Software studio

Small team.
Whole product.

We build careful, practical apps for the small problems that shape everyday life.

What we build

The platform is a detail. What stays constant is the approach — work out the real problem, cut it to something shippable, and build it properly.

Mobile apps

Android and iOS from one Flutter codebase. Native feel, and a build small enough to install on a modest phone.

Websites

Company sites, product pages, landing pages. Fast on a weak connection, readable on a small screen, easy for you to update.

Web applications

Dashboards, admin panels, and internal tools — the software a business runs on rather than the software it advertises.

E-commerce

Online stores with the parts that actually decide whether a sale completes: checkout, payments, stock, and delivery.

SaaS products

Subscription products end to end — accounts, billing, permissions, and the admin side you need to run it once customers arrive.

The part after launch

Updates, fixes, and the slow work of improving something once real people use it. Launch is the middle, not the end.

How we work

Four steps, in this order. Each one has to finish before the next begins — that is most of why the work stays predictable.

  1. Understand the problem

Before anything is designed, we work out what actually goes wrong today and for whom. Often the answer is smaller than expected.

  2. Cut it down

We agree what the first version will not do. This is the step that decides whether the project ships, and it is the one most often skipped.

  3. Build in the open

You see working builds throughout, not status reports. If something is going wrong, you hear it from us early rather than late.

  4. Ship, then keep going

Release, watch how it is really used, and fix what that reveals. The first version is a question, and the answer arrives afterwards.
